• First click on the rewards icon at the bottom of the home page and click Join. You will be invited to create an account with Arcstrading.

• Once you have created your account you will be able to log in via the Rewards icon and view your points balance and redeem your points for a cash discount on future orders.

Please note that points will only be added to your account once your items have been delivered and accepted.

• To redeem points you will need to be signed in to your account.
• You will see a list of vouchers displayed and you will be able to use any voucher that is highlighted and not greyed out.
• Select the amount that you want to redeem and a screen will appear which will enable you to apply the discount amount to your next order.
• If you do not use it, it will be stored in your rewards tab.
• You can only redeem one voucher per order.
