We do not charge for shipping as we have a minimum order value of £300 and this includes our shipping costs.

Returns

Customers wishing to return faulty or damaged goods must phone us on 07512 488427 to inform us of the problem. Errors and shortages must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Please check all goods immediately as returns will not be accepted for credit unless items returned within 7 working days of receipt by you.

All items are to be returned at customers cost and risk.All goods remain the property of Arcstrading, and we retain all legal title of the goods until they have been paid for in full.Many items in our product range are sold in pack or case quantities.

This is the only multiple that the product can be sold in. By selecting to order a product, you will receive the minimum quantity and be charged accordingly. All prices quoted are exclusive of vat. Colours and product styles may vary due to stock item changes by our suppliers.
